It’s no secret that I’m eating better to better myself. I don’t go crazy with weighing out my food but some food items it’s a must. With my sandwiches I like to know exactly how much 2 or 3 oz of turkey breast is, or exactly how many almonds is 1 oz. That is why I gained weight in the first place…eating to much! I was able to review the EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale by EatSmart Products.

This scale is so simple to use. I just put the food on the scale and push the button to whichever weight I want. You can choose grams, ounces, kilograms or pounds. I’ve been using the ounces a lot. I love that this is extremely lightweight and compact so I can leave it on my counter or put it in a drawer. I don’t have to worry about finding storage room for another gadget. Another, feature I love is there are only 2 buttons. The on/off Tare button and the unit button. The tare feature is great. You can subtract the weight off if your items are in containers. There is also a 3 minute auto turnoff feature which for me is nice because I sometimes forget to turn things off. The EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale is helping with my weight loss. I weigh out quite a few things now, like my meats, sandwich meats, snacks(to put into baggies), veggies, and my cheese. It’s annoying how cheese says 1 oz. I really don’t know how much 1oz of cheese is until I received this scale. This scale has been a huge help to my weight loss efforts and anyone who is trying to use weight I would highly recommend. This one is easy to use, affordably priced, compact and comes with a 2 year guarantee. This scale also came with a free EatSmart Calorie Factor diet book which allows me to calculate calories easily.

EatSmart also sell other kitchen scales and bathroom scales. If your looking for a scale with many features, buttons and all the other hoopla this isn’t the scale for you. This scale is basic which is great! I love it!
