I’m addicted to soups. It something I eat almost everyday for lunch. Funny thing about this opportunity that I received from My Blog Spark is Progresso is my number 1 soup. It’s the only soup I ever purchase and will ever purchase. Progressos story:

Soup is very filling to me and helps me with my weight management. The Progresso traditional soups which I used to purchase on a regular basis are excellent. With only 100 calories per serving and excellent flavors ranging from chicken soup, beef vegetable, and clam chowder. You can even purchase split pea and ham which gives you a full serving of vegetables! I’m loving the Progresso Light soups. If your on Weight Watchers these soups offer 80 calories or less and either no points or just 1 point. For that you get a satisfying meal that leaves you full and tastes great. .JPG)
A few of my favorite light varieties are the Chicken & Dumplings which has only 80 calories for a 1 cup serving, and only 1.5 grams of fat. I also really enjoy the Beef Pot Roast. Excellent I must say. Again only 1 gram of fat and 80 calories for a hearty meal that is sure to satisfy. If your also one to watch your sodium, Progresso has got you covered with that as well, with heart healthy soups that have 30% less sodium than the traditional soups. There are 7 varieties your sure to love including Chicken & Wild Rice, Beef & Vegetable, Chicken Gumbo, Chicken Noodle, Garden Vegetable, Italian-Style Wedding and Minestrone. I love that Progresso soups have no MSG added. I was sent a wonderful soup cup to eat my soup in that is wonderful along with a jump rope to help me get moving to burn off some calories in the evening. So head on out and look for these yummy soups filled with wonderful ingredients like pasta, beans, and delicious vegetables.
