I’m pretty new to facebook so learning about all the great applications is fun. It’s a huge social networking community with so much to offer. One of the recent applications I learned about was the Pine-Sol Powerful Difference. Pine-Sol has been used in millions of homes everywhere so I had to read about this one.
Pine-Sols powerful difference program is pretty amazing. It awards dozens of grants to women leading the charge for change and helps provides tools, resources and inspiration to help and encourage others to start championing and creating change in their own communities.
The Powerful Difference application works like this. Just honor 5 women who have made a difference in your life. It will post the women you choose right on your wall for other’s to see and to inspire them. Do you have someone you would like to honor? A parent, relative, sister, friend, teacher, a blogging buddy, boss,co-worker or someone else? It can be anyone. Anyone who has made that difference.
