Babo Botanicals Organic Products for Kids Review!

Since installing our pool at the beginning of summer, I knew I had to get a shampoo that would remove pool chemicals from the kids hair. Although, we do not use chlorine in our pool, we use bromine, chemicals of some sort are still going into the pool. Remember as a child, after swimming, how yucky your hair felt? I think all the chemicals actually strip out the moisture, causing everyones hair to be dry. Babo Botanicals has a great organic product for kids, that replenishes, hydrates and purifies hair, scalp and skin. The Clean Sport Shampoo and Wash is for use after swimming, active play in the sun, or a day at the beach. Here is what the founder, Kate Solomon, has to say:

I was sent a Babo Botanicals Clean Sport Shampoo and Wash to review for my kids. We use it every single day, and a little goes a long way. The smell is wonderful, and Zoe makes it a point to tell me this daily. With the nice light scent of Cucumber Aloe Vera, it leaves their hair feeling clean and completely moisturized. I’ve noticed after using this for sometime, it gets better with each wash. It sudses up really well and only with a tiny bit. Even though she is closing her eyes extremely tight, this is a tear free shampoo.
This also has a Cerified Organic Nutri-Soothe Blend which is rich in vitamins and anti-oxidants, and combines Chamomile, Watercress, Kudzu and Calendula. I love that this product is safe to use on babies and kids as it’s Sulfate Free, Formaldehyde Free, Paraben Free and Phthalate Free. This shampoo hydrates so well due to the pure Flower and plant extracts, it’s a product I do not have to worry about. I know that by using this, my kids scalp isn’t getting anymore damaged. I highly recommend for any child who swims. It also arrived in Recyclable BPA-Free Packaging, way to go for this amazing company.

We were also sent the UV Sport Conditioning Spray from this line of products as well. This is made of the same yummy smelling plants and flowers and we used this before swimming. I sprayed both kids hair before allowing them to swim, for added protection. Did I mention the cute baby bunny soap? These are fragrance free, and unscented. My daughter loves the little bunny shape, and was quite upset when she dropped it in the bath. This left her skin like silk. All products are high quality products and seem to work well. The prices are a little high, but like I said, a little does go a long way, your child is safe from harmful chemicals, and their sensitive hair, scalp and skin are being protected.
