JoeShopping.com social shopping site Review & $50 Amazon Giveaway

When Gavyn was born, I was working full-time crazy hours, so I never had time to get out to the mall.  Shopping has always been a favorite of mine and it didn’t matter how much money I was spending, until I had him.  I started browsing online quite a bit, and that is when I learned about online shopping.  It was interesting, because I didn’t know anything about it.  I just thought the internet was for banking, browsing, searching and stuff like that, not shopping for clothes, toys, housewares and everything else including groceries.  What I didn’t like was how difficult many sites were.  To check reviews of a product I have to go to another site, or to comparison shop to make sure I find the best deals was another, some only deal with certain products like clothing only, or kids.  It was a headache. If only everything was in one place, it would be much easier.  That’s when I became a huge lover of Amazon and did a majority of my shopping there.  You can find amazing deals that is for sure but they don’t offer comparison shopping. But I just found a really cool site that allows you to comparison shop, read reviews, find hot deals, coupon codes and interact with a huge community of other shoppers.  JoeShopping.com is a social shopping site allowing you to do so much.

I haven’t had a lot of time to browse around due to the holidays, but from what I have checked out I’m loving it.  I do a lot of comparison shopping to find the best deals on many things, but the main one being for kids items.  Whether toys, clothes, gear or accessories.  It’s always nice to see which store has the best price, because I love to save money.  Right now I’m looking for the best deal on dollhouses, because Zoe is asking for one for her 4th birthday(really she is going to be four)?  On the site I just hover my cursor over shopping, a drop down menu appears with several options.  I then click comparison shop, then toys and games in the categories.  Then in the search bar I type wooden dollhouse and several pop up on my screen.  I just check through the dollhouses to find one I feel looks good, and one that would suit her age, and click it.  The one that catches my eye range in price from $134-$149.  Of course I’m going with the cheapest price, so when I click buy it brings me to the store that carries it so I can purchase it.  That’s it.  Comparison shopping is highly recommended in my opinion.  This would have saved me $15 if I were going to purchase it.  Besides, comparison shopping you can find some great deals, grocery coupons and coupon codes as well.

I’ve also tested out the review products option.  I think this a great feature to have.  We all like to know how a product rates before purchasing it.  Bad stars would never be purchased from me or from many people. So this is something else you can do at JoeShopping.  There is also a HUGE community with so much going on.  Blog posts, uploading photos and videos, and the forum where you can talk with each other.  It’s wonderful.
That is not all though.  When you upload a photo, write a blog post, write a shopping status, etc you earn Joe Points throughout the month. At the end of the month your points are converted into entries to win their sweepstakes. The sweepstakes has 3 prizes, 1st prize $500, 2nd place $350 and 3rd place $150. So it is worth it to be active in the JoeShopping community, because you can win CASH! Something most of us can always use. You can also refer friends and earn points to win. There are also cute little badges you can earn to show off on your page. It’s nice to get stuff like this when your active in a community.

I feel JoeShopping is a great shopping community for well shoppers. We can all communicate with each other, which helps everyone. There is so much going on there. I highly recommend signing up and checking it out for yourself.
