Bright Future International Helping Underprivileged Children! Like on Facebook a $1.00 Donation Will Be Made

bright future international logoThere are times I wish I were capable of helping children in our country as well as other countries around the world.  It breaks my heart that many children aren’t as fortunate as mine.  There are so many children around the globe who have goals and dreams that can’t be met; children who aren’t being taught compassion, self-worth and social skills.  But with non-profit charitable organization, Bright Future International, they are helping underprivileged children around the world in countries such as Kenya, Burundi, and Russia to achieve a better future and teach them these skills to succeed in life.  Bright Future International is helping children develop moral and spiritual values through arts and educational enrichment programs.

They finance these programs which are geared towards children’s after school education so children can build a number of factors such as…

-Self Esteem

-Emotional, social and mental health

-Preparing children to succeed in local communities

-Training and assistance to the parents of children so they can play a POSITIVE role in their children’s lives.

Over at the Bright Future International Facebook page there is valuable information including the Bright Future for Children Fundraisers.  One such fundraiser is the Bright Future Studio in Russia: “Let’s Give Children All We’ve Got!”  This fundraiser has been created to give humanitarian education and training to children who find themselves in difficult circumstances in life as well as helping to give equal opportunities to all children.  I am sure many of us have been in arduous situations, like me.  At 16 I almost dropped out of school and felt like I had no self-worth.  I was an amazing student who had my own dreams such as becoming a professional women’s basketball star, which all went away when family life became difficult and I moved away at 17.  My dreams were shattered.  I’m sure there were similar programs to help with my difficult time I just didn’t see them at the time.  This fundraiser is wonderful helping children respect and care for themselves as well as others.
