Locks Artic Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat or 1% low fat milk
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup Unsweetened frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon honey
Directions:
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour and Enjoy
Eklipse Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Ingredients:
8 slices whole wheat bread
3 tabelspoons butter, divided
4 slices cheddar cheese
8 tomato slices
4 slices ham
Directions:
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Lightly butter one side of a slice of bread. Place bread butter side down onto skillet bottom and add 1 slice of cheese, 2 tomato slices, and a slice of ham. Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter side up on top of sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining bread, butter, cheese, tomato and ham.
Storm Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients:
6 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup heavy cream
stawberries-cleaned
store bought angel food cake-cut into cubes
Directions:
Microwave chocolate and heavy cream in microwave on 75% power until melted (about 2 minutes). Whisk until smooth. Serve with strawberries and angel food cake.
