I’m still in shock that Christmas is just 1 week away. Families are finishing up shopping, planning Christmas breakfast and dinner and ready to spend time together. Every year around this time, I say the same thing; I’m ready for a new me. I refuse to buy gym memberships as I have never enjoyed the gym and like to exercise to home workout DVDs. This year I’m not saying I’m ready for a new me, because I have done well the entire year sticking to a healthier eating plan, exercising 3-4 times a week and choosing better options. Sure I still eat chocolate and treats but all in moderation.
On December 4th, Lionsgate released two new The Biggest Loser Workout DVDs, official workouts adapted from the hit show, and luckily for me I’m reviewing them. Unfortunately, I injured my knee after just 2 days, so I’ll have a complete review in January of both DVDs, but if you are looking for new fitness routine, these may be for you.

I’m going to need something for after baby is born. Since I already love The Biggest Loser and what they do, these will be at the top of the list.
I’ve been wanting to try out one of Bob’s workout DVDs – Jillian’s really kick my butt!
I love the show and obviously their workouts work for the contestants, so I would love to give this a try at home and see if it helps me lose the 10 or 15 that I need to take off!!
