Flu season is in full force and can last through May. It is important to stay informed and by reiterating to children good habits to help prevent the spread of flu. We all know the elderly, children and those with certain health conditions can be severely impacted by the spread of flu, so knowing certain signs and symptoms, when it is contagious, how it is spread and things we can do to help prevent the spread is essential.
