I never knew how much I’d become addicted to fruit until I started eating it. I’ve always enjoyed eating fruit but it was a here and there thing. Now it is an every meal and snack thing!
One of my current addictions are mandarins. Wonderful Halos mandarins. I even expressed my addiction to them back in January.

Though, Halos mandarins are amazing on their own, I enjoy them in a mandarin spinach salad often with my lunches.
I make up a large bowl to enjoy through the week. It is absolutely delicious with a bit of sweetness from the oranges, crunch from the walnuts and vegetables. Make for a large crowd next time you serve dinner, as everyone is sure to enjoy.

- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups romaine lettuce-chopped
- 5 Halos mandarins-peeled and sectioned
- ½ medium red onion-thinly sliced
- ½ seedless cucumber-thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon walnuts-chopped
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, toss.
- Serve with your favorite poppyseed dressing
