I never knew how much I’d become addicted to fruit until I started eating it. I’ve always enjoyed eating fruit but it was a here and there thing. Now it is an every meal and snack thing!

One of my current addictions are mandarins. Wonderful Halos mandarins. I even expressed my addiction to them back in January.

The easy to peel, seedless, California grown mandarins are the perfect snack you can eat any time, anywhere.

If you haven’t fallen in love with this citrus yet, you really are missing out on a sweet tasty treat that’s healthy and kids and adults adore. This low calorie no fat snack is also non-GMO verified! We love them because they are easy for the kids to peel and easily separate, so they are a staple in my kids lunch boxes.

The size is also small, so enjoy more than one! Pure goodness is all you’ll taste.

And when companies do good, that gives me all the more reason to purchase their products. Wonderful Halos took their pure goodness message to schools across America by providing nutritious food to children through the Feeding America BackPack program. The Feeding America BackPack Program will provide more than 1.3 million meals to children in need! As you know, Feeding America is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to fighting domestic hunger through a network of food banks. I just love that Wonderful Halos is spreading their “pure goodness” message to children across our country. Nobody should go hungry and with our help as well, we are helping to put an end to hungry.

Though, Halos mandarins are amazing on their own, I enjoy them in a mandarin spinach salad often with my lunches.

I make up a large bowl to enjoy through the week. It is absolutely delicious with a bit of sweetness from the oranges, crunch from the walnuts and vegetables. Make for a large crowd next time you serve dinner, as everyone is sure to enjoy.
