I get many requests from people asking the types of foods I eat for breakfast. It is nothing unusual, just healthy, enjoyable meals that leave my belly happy until my mid-morning snack. I do not diet. I eat healthy & clean.
Remember to always eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking and if you are still one that skips, start eating breakfast today. It is the best thing you can do for yourself. Your body needs energy as you have been sleeping, it is time to fuel it up.
I eat a lot of berries as they are lower in carbs and sugars and full of antioxidants. I like to keep all my meals with a good mix of nutrition; protein, starchy carbs and fruits/vegetables/beans.

As soon as I wake, I drink 8 oz of warm lemon water and drink a cup of coffee with almost every meal.

If you are not familiar with Ezekiel, they make sprouted breads that are delicious without any GMOs or other junk. I enjoy the Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Bread Low Sodium.
You can change up the berries for a variety you enjoy better, same goes for the nuts. Just remember, healthy is key with as little processed as possible.
