Well, hello there! You’re here because we are both gaggers. Yes, we gag from drinks with apple cider vinegar (ACV) incorporated into them, but we so want to be able to drink them due to the health benefits of apple cider vinegar.

  • Cures sore throat
  • May lower cholesterol
  • Aids in tummy troubles
  • Helps clear stuffy sinuses
  • Aids in weight loss
  • Reverse aging
  • Relieve muscle pain from exercise
  • Promotes clear skin
  • Cleans hair

And so much more!

I wanted to jump on this and start drinking apple cider vinegar immediately. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out too well as I said on Facebook.

Our local grocery store was discontinuing Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, the only kind you should buy because it is raw, unfiltered containing the amazing Mother of Vinegar which occurs naturally as strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules.

Their product is made from organic apples and is non-GMO certified. I picked up several bottles, saw on the bottle to drink 1 to 2 teaspoons in 8 ounces of water with an option of sweetener as a health drink so began making this miracle brew and gagged then spit it out.

You see I loathe vinegar of any sort. Potato chips, balsamic, distilled, all of it. Even cleaning my coffee pot and coloring Easter eggs makes me gag. I just can’t handle the taste or smell. So I knew I wanted the amazing benefits of apple cider vinegar just wasn’t sure how since I dislike vinegar so much.

So I made several apple cider vinegar juice drink recipes to help.

You can’t even tell the vinegar is in these drinks. I’ve seen people say drink 1-2 tablespoons, but we’re gaggers, we have to start somewhere so 1-2 teaspoons is a good start for us.

You will need a juicer and Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to make these ACV juice recipes. I have a very basic fruit and vegetable juicer which does the job for me.

I’m still at 2 teaspoons 3x per day but am working my way up. It is recommended to drink 1-2 teaspoons of ACV 3x daily, so please do that. These are like little shots filled with goodness.  Drink before or after eating or when you need a pick-me-up.
