This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Nickelodeon’s Dora and Friends: Into the City!. All opinions are 100% mine.
I have never been the parent to allow much television time but Zoe had a fascination with a few TV shows that I didn’t have the heart to tell her she couldn’t watch. One of those shows was Dora the Explorer. She was learning so much with every episode such as basic Spanish (Vamonos, hola), music, math and problem solving.
Before the age of three, Zoe could count to ten in Spanish, say a few colors and also learned some Spanish phrases. I can almost guarantee we have seen every single episode of Dora the Explorer and will see the newest season of Dora and Friends: Into the City!
Dora and Friends: Into the City is the newest preschool animated preschool series featuring fan favorite Dora and her friends Alana, Emma, Naiya, Kate, and Pablo. Dora and Dora’s new friends are in a new city; Playa Verde to take on new adventures and challenges. The newest series will have children following the friends on their ventures. As a mom of two, it is extremely important to me for my children to watch educational shows that teach them valuable life lessons, learning skills and to enhance their vocabulary. My baby may be seven but on August 18th we watched the season premiere. They were helping in their city to find forever homes for the dogs. This episode taught kindness and how they can help pets. She enjoys these episodes because Dora is older, just like her.
And now fans can celebrate by visiting Toys R Us to pick up their favorite Dora toys and watch exclusive episode clips of Dora and Friends: Into the City! You’ll find dolls, building blocks, back-to-school essentials, crafting supplies and much more. Children will love playing with toys that are featured in the show such as the Mega Bloks Dora the Explorer House! Ready to join the fun? Tune in all week at 12PM ET on Nick! to Watch Dora & Friends!
