Do you have a favorite Lalaloopsy doll? We have many in our home, I do not think I could possibly just choose one. Each one is unique whether they have real hair from the Lalaloopsy Loopy Hair line or in mini size to play in the Sew Sweet House or you may love Lala-Oopsies as their legs are long. Now it is time to see your favorite Lalaloopsy dolls as babies with Lalaloopsy Babies Diaper Surprise dolls.
I’ll be honest and say I’m not a fan of all the toys that “poop” on the market right now, but was really excited to see the Lalaloopsy Babies Diaper Surprise dolls, plus they are sew cute! So we couldn’t wait to see our doll magically poop charms!
We received Lalaloopsy Babies Diaper Surprise – Blossom Flowerpot for review and couldn’t wait to play with her. She arrives with a removable hat, bib, bottle, bowl, spoon, charm bracelet with charm, three magic surprise diapers and an everyday diaper.
Zoe immediately filled her bottle with water to feed her baby so she could see her doll poop out a charm.
Please keep in mind that your Diaper Surprise Lalaloopsy doll needs to be wearing a magic surprise diaper to get a charm as these have the charms inside the diaper. NOTE: YOUR DOLL WILL NOT PHYSICALLY POOP OUT THE CHARM. Once water is released into the diaper, the charm appears. Feed your doll, and gently press her belly button so she goes potty.
Continue feeding your doll if you choose. Once ready to change, remove her diaper and see the surprise she left behind!
Zoe was super excited to see the charm on her first feeding. We did notice a gel type substance in the diaper, but this does go away by rinsing the diaper in the water. We also rinsed our charm before adding to the charm bracelet. Zoe wanted all her charms so she quickly fed her doll to see what other charms she received. She received a butterfly, flower and a cookie (I think it is that). Once the charms are removed from the diaper, continue using the diaper to feed because a pattern will appear when wet.
We appreciate that the doll has movable legs, arms and head and her hat and bib can be removed. Children will love to nurture their Lalaloopsy Babies by feeding and changing them. Zoe is seven and enjoys playing house with these dolls, however she wants me to buy every magic surprise diapers available so she can collect more charms.
I think the younger crowd will appreciate the dolls more than older doll loving children but we do like her. She is a hard plastic doll, not soft like the other Lalaloopsy babies on shelves. She will be a hot toy this holiday season!
