When I began my healthier lifestyle, there is one item I knew I would not be able to give up…coffee. It is my happy morning beverage, as I’m a bear first thing in the morning. I did however reduce the amount of cups from five or more to only two cups of coffee each morning. My problem isn’t coffee though, it’s what I put in it.

I have to have vanilla flavor which means sugar laden coffee creamers that are not good for me. I made the switch last year to a creamer that had an improved ingredient label without partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil and artificial flavors but it still has heavy cream and sugar as the main ingredients plus 10% cholesterol, not stuff I want in my diet.

If you have been following my new lifestyle on Facebook or Instagram then you know clean eating is what I am trying to do and I’ve been doing really well at it, so I was thrilled when a company named Ripped Cream reached out for me to try their lean vanilla bean protein coffee creamer.

Coffee creamer with protein? YES PLEASE!

Protein foods are a staple in my diet as I exercise five days a week with tons of strength training. I need to repair my muscles that I’m building, while continuing to burn fat, so I eat plenty of protein rich foods.

Ripped Cream Vanilla Bean Protein Coffee Creamer is fuel in my coffee with just the right amount of vanilla flavor without unpleasant aftertaste, that isn’t overly sweet. A serving is 2 tablespoons, though 1 tablespoon is all I need. This all-natural creamer provides 5 grams of protein and only 2.5 grams of fat.

This is a powdered coffee creamer, which I’ve never been a fan of, but let me tell you, this is easy to mix in hot or cold coffee, is good for me and makes me feel quite full with just one cup of coffee. If using in iced coffee, I do recommend added the Ripped Cream to your cup, filling with hot coffee, stirring and adding ice. The creamer mixes better in hot coffee since it is powdered.

The added nutrients are a HUGE bonus. In this creamer you’ll find 11 amino acids such as histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine and Methionine to name a few. Click here to read about the amino acids found in Ripped Cream Coffee Creamer.

This is delicious, I’ll be keeping this in my pantry at all times.

Or as an iced chocolate mocha frappe in these scorching temperatures we’ve been having in New York State.

I started making this drink because my favorite iced cappuccino from Tim Horton’s has way too much sugar, fat and a whopping 310 calories. A frothy drink is so good during the summer and this one is so good.

Ripped Cream’s sweetness comes from organic evaporated cane juice with natural vanilla flavor. This is gluten and cholesterol free and enhanced with Vitamin D3 (50% of your DV)!

If you add hydrogenated bad for you creamer to your coffee, why not try one that has nutritional value and is good for you. Ripped Cream Coffee Creamer is also available in Chizzle Chocolate!

Yum..I should try this! I think I would like the iced and frappe drinks the best as I am not a fan of hot coffee this time of year! I love that it is gluten free too! I am trying to stay away from gluten, although not 100 yet.

That looks so delicious! I’ve been battling the coffee thing too. I’ve gone from 2 travel mugs of coffee per day to only one – so the equivalent of 2 cups. And while I’m measuring out my milk and sugar now, I’ve still been looking for another alternative.
